Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statemen

Global Nexus of Management and Finance upholds the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency and academic integrity. The journal adheres to ethical publishing principles that guarantee the quality, originality and credibility of all published research works.

It is the duty of responsible and ethical conduct of all parties involved in the preparation, review and publication of the journal, including all authors, reviewers, editors and publishers.

Author Responsibilities

Manuscripts to be submitted to the journal should be written such that:

● The research work is original and plagiarism-free
● All references and sources are properly cited
● The manuscript is not submitted to another journal simultaneously
● Research data and findings are authentic and accurate
● Any conflict of interest is disclosed clearly

Plagiarism, however in any form, manipulation of data and unethical research practice are strictly forbidden.

Reviewer Responsibilities

The Reviewers are expected to:

● Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
● Review papers fairly and objectively
● Provide constructive academic feedback
● Inform editors about any ethical concerns or plagiarism issues

Editorial Responsibilities

The editorial team shall maintain impartial and transparent review process. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed for academic merit, originality, relevance and research integrity without discrimination by editors.

Publication Malpractice

The journal will not tolerate any underhanded method of publishing including:

● Duplicate submission
● Data fabrication or falsification
● Improper authorship claims
● Citation manipulation

Manuscripts which are found to be involved in any unethical practice will be rejected and will not be published.
